An Open Door Adoption Agency is an international and domestic not-for-profit adoption agency operating in the United States, Eastern Europe, China and Latin America. In addition to creating families through the blessing of adoption, An Open Door helps support international agencies operating on behalf of children worldwide.
These agencies operate in countries where the government or social structure is not present or does not provide sufficient support for orphaned, abandoned and poor children. These Christian agencies help to provide food, clothing, medical supplies, educational materials and equipment to the facilities who directly care for these children in need.
