260 – This amazing child has already triumphed over so much! He was born in June 2004 with severe deformity of his lower limbs. Genetic testing showed no irregularities and he has grown and developed normally. At age four, his feet were amputated, due to their deformity and he received prosthetic limbs, on which this determined young man has quickly learned to walk and maneuver. This child was abandoned by his family because they could not care for him. Our representative who visited him said she was “deeply touched” by this sweet boy and it was clear he made an impression upon her. He is described as mild-tempered and kind, respectful to others .
