- Yulia was born in October of 1999. She is very healthy! She likes to draw and read books. She can sing well and enjoys it sometimes. Yulia is a very calm child, never enters into conflicts, is very well behaved, and an excellent student at school. Her teachers adore her. She likes to cook and is a great helper at the children's center. Yulia is particular with selecting friends. She has only a few but is very friendly with them. She likes to spend time with small children and would love to have younger siblings to help take care of. She is good at working on the computer.
One important difference between Yulia and other orphans in Ukraine is that she does not live in a typical orphanage and does not have any behavioral problems. She is in a small Children Center with about 15 other children and the same amount of staff. The Director of the Children Center and caretakers are highly skilled psychologists with a great commitment to helping the children become self-confident individuals and helping them to reach their potential. Yulia attends regular school, sports, and cultural clubs just like an average child would in Ukraine.
- Karolina born in 1995. Recommended highly by the orphanage care takers and senior staff. Good, obedient, kind, calm girl. Gladly helps and performs duties of adults. She likes to read, embroider beadwork and takes part in orphanage activities and competitions. Her mother died in 2007 and father died in 2008. Officially diagnosed with a slight mental delay which is the standard orphanage diagnosis. In reality, she is fine.
- Anastasiya born in 1998. Very highly recommended by orphanage care takers. Well organized and she wants to live in a family. Good, obedient, kind, calm girl. Gladly performs duties of adults and is a great helper. She likes to read, draw, and sew. She misses her younger siblings who live separately from her with their aunt. Her aunt did not want to adopt Anastasiya.
- Nikolay born in 2000. He is a good, obedient, kind, calm boy. Brother of Tanya listed below. Is a great helper and participates in orphanage activities and competitions. A special sibling group of 3 brothers and 1 sister
They are very close and love and support each other very much. Their center director, teachers, and care givers have only positive things to say about them. All four children are very healthy. They are described as calm, obedient, well behaved, joyful, and agreeable. The children gladly participate in all activities and competitions and they study well. Their parents parental rights were removed two years ago. Their parents live in a neighboring region but have never written or been to visit their children in two years. The Center's staff feels like they have abandoned their children forever due to problems in their own lives. These children are available for international adoption.
