Parent Qualifications
Qualifications to complete an adoption from El Salvador include:
- One of the adoptive parents must be 25-45 years old to adopt an infant. Couples over 45 may adopt a child 45 years younger than the younger spouse.
- Couples must be married for 5 years.
- Single women are accepted.
