Susan has a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S. degree in Community Counseling. She has many years of working in University Counseling Centers, before starting with Open Door in 2006. She worked with domestic adoptions for two years prior to moving to the international arena reviewing home studies. Currently she enjoys helping families navigate through the international home study process and ensures Hague compliance to meet CIS requirements.
