Debbie has a B.A. Degree in Clinical Psychology, a M.S. Degree in Family Sociology, and a M.S. Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.  She is a licensed marriage and family therapist and worked many years in community mental health before starting with Open Door in 2007.  She works with African-American domestic adoptions and reviews all domestic home studies.
