African-American Adoption Overview
 An
Open Door Adoption Agency, Inc. is seeking Christian adoptive
families for African-American and bi-racial infants. These
precious infants, born in Georgia, have been placed in
homes all over the United States and Canada since 1987.
Families may apply by submitting a home study,
profile, and application. In most cases a family can be
matched with an African American baby within 6 to 9 months. The children
shown here are examples of some of the healthy, happy,
newborns we have placed in the past.
Adoptive
couples that have their home studies completed by agencies
other than Open Door must submit with their applications
and home study, certificates of completion on adoption
training. If couple is interested in trans-racial or
trans-cultural adoption, certificates of completion of
trans-racial or trans-cultural adoption must be submitted
to Open Door as well.
An Open Door is one of the largest and most reputable adoption
agencies in Georgia. We have caseworkers conveniently
located to serve you anywhere in the state of Georgia.
The program is also open to families from other states.
