Dear Mama,
How strong and brave you are! How much you are in our thoughts and prayers! We genuinely think and pray for you so often. Even though we don’t know each other, our love goes out to you and how much we wish we could wrap you in a hug. We know this is a big decision and we don’t take it lightly. Our hearts were forever changed when we adopted our daughter and witnessed the immeasurable love and selflessness that goes into this decision. We will always share with your child your great love for them. We admire your courage in choosing adoption for your baby. We are very honored that you would consider us and no matter your decision we pray that God would be with you. We pray he gives you strength and wisdom and that he surrounds you with comfort and peace.
We are Kyle and Cassie. We met while working in an after-school child care program. We hit it off right away and were married a year and a half later. We are best friends and love spending time together. We talked about kids and adoption while we were still just dating and have always felt it would be a part of our story. We didn’t realize just how much so! We both really wanted a family and after struggling with infertility for years we felt God tugging us toward adoption. We adopted our daughter, Gwen, and what a joy she has brought to our life! We have an open and friendly relationship with her birth mom who we hold very dear. We recently fostered for 2 years and loved all the kiddos that came through our home but it made us realize how much we wanted to grow our family again and for Gwen to have a sibling, which brought us here. We are excited to grow our family again! We genuinely love spending time altogether. We love to go on adventures and make memories together. Family and friends are a big part of our life and a wonderful support system for us. We hope this gave you a little snapshot of us and who we are. We feel truly humbled and honored to be considered
There have been times in our life when the path was dark and we didn’t know what would lie ahead. But God knew. We are thankful to be held in his hands.
